Ingredients: 1 lb Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast; 4 tbsp Scallions; 1 cup Celery; 1 cup Craisins; 1 cup Boar's Head Mayonnaise; 4 leaves Bibb lettuce; 4 whole Croissant

Our EverRoast_® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast is tasty by itself, but it's even better on a chicken salad croissant with our Real Mayonnaise. Top it off with your favorite craisins for some added sweetness.

Instructions

Place the EverRoast_® Chicken into a large mixing bowl.
Dice the scallions and celery, and add to the bowl.
Add the craisins and mayonnaise, and mix the ingredients until fully mixed.
Place lettuce on bottom of croissant and add two scoops of chicken salad. Top with other half of croissant.
Repeat process 3 times.
