Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken Sliders

  1. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a serving dish.
  2. Top with cheese and chicken, then shredded carrots, cucumbers and cilantro.
  3. Crown the sandwiches with the top portion of the rolls, serve and enjoy!

Madrasala Curry Chicken Sliders

Instructions

  1. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a serving dish.
  2. In a small bowl, add shredded carrots, cabbage, red pepper, red onion and olive oil. Toss to coat and set aside.
  3. On the bottom half of the sliders, layer the cheese and chicken.
  4. Top with shredded carrots, cabbage and onion mixture, then crown with the top half of the rolls.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
