Sweet Slice Uncured Ham with Brown Sugar & Spice Glaze

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees (F).
  2. Remove ham from packaging and lightly score in diamond pattern with a sharp knife.
  3. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan and add 1 cup of water. Coat ham with glaze.
  4. Tent ham with aluminum foil, sealing edges tightly to pan.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees (F) for 15-20 minutes per pound.
  6. Remove ham from oven before it finishes baking and remove foil. Apply additional glaze if needed.
  7. Raise oven temp to 425 degrees (F) and bake uncovered for remaining 15 minutes.
  8. Carve, serve and enjoy!

Carve & Serve Turkey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
  2. Remove turkey breast from package. Record weight.
  3. Place into a 13"x 10"x3" pan, then add ½ cup of water.
  4. Cover pan with aluminum foil, tightly sealing the edges.
  5. Place into oven and cook 15 minutes per pound.
  6. After cooking has been completed, remove from oven and allow to rest for five minutes.
  7. Remove foil, carve and serve.
