Garlic-Herbed Parmesan Biscuit Sandwich


For a breakfast sandwich that is a true gift of the season, our Blanc Grue Gruyere, All Natural* Pork Sausage Patty and scrambled eggs meet between warm, parmesan-seasoned biscuits.

Instructions

  1. Remove biscuit dough from the container and preheat oven according to package directions. Place the biscuits on a prepared baking sheet.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat one egg and stir in garlic powder, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and dried parsley.
  3. Brush the egg wash mixture across the tops of each biscuit, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake the biscuits according to the package directions.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the pork sausage patties according to package directions.
  6. Once the biscuits are done, slice in half crosswise.
  7. Evenly layer the sausage patty, cheese and scrambled eggs on the bottom slice of each biscuit.
  8. Replace the biscuit tops and serve.
