PitCraft Turkey BBQ Flatbread

The rich, smoky flavor of PitCraft Slow Smoked Turkey brings a zesty twist to a classic pizza dish.



  1. Preheat oven to 425° F and place the flatbread on an ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Spread the barbecue sauce on top of the flatbread.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheeses on top, followed by the shredded turkey, peppers, onion and jalapeño.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the flatbread has browned slightly.
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro, slice and serve.
