Sausage, Egg & Cheddar Muffin
Made fresh at home with cheddar cheese, savory pork sausage and pan-fried eggs, your family will love this classic breakfast – and you'll love how quickly it comes together.
- Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat. Firmly place an egg ring in the skillet and pour a cracked egg into the ring, being careful not to let the egg white leak though. Cover and cook until the egg whites have set, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat with remaining eggs.
- Assemble each sandwich by layering one slice of cheese, one sausage patty and one egg onto each English muffin bottom, then top with the muffin lid.
- Serve warm.
